New York State requires the submission of the NYS Annual Report every year. This guide has been compiled to help you through the process.
Annual report data is entered and submitted through an online portal called CollectConnect.

Each library has a separate set of login credentials. If you need your credentials, contact Athea Mortenson

A guided walk through Section 2 of the NYS Annual Report, dealing with the library collection. Learn how to break down your library’s collection into the categories the state uses.
February 8, 2-3 PM – Financials (Sections 11 & 12)
A walk through the financial sections of the report for treasurers and/or directors
February 14, 2-3 PM - Programs (Section 3) and all section Q & A
