The library features the Otis Thompson Local History Collection, providing researchers with an extensive collection of information on Chenango County. Guernsey also administrates Books from Birth, the Chenango County provider of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library for county residents under the age of 5. Join us on Wednesday evenings at 8:30 in July and August to enjoy Movies Under the Stars and free popcorn in the Guernsey Park.
