New York State requires the submission of the NYS Annual Report every year. This guide has been compiled to help you through the process.
Annual report data is entered and submitted through an online portal called CollectConnect.

CollectConnect is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
Each library has a separate set of login credentials. If you need your credentials, contact Athea Mortenson
The report should save information automatically after it is entered, but be sure to click the SAVE button frequently too.
Multiple users can view and edit reports at the same time. When logging in, you wil receive a pop-up message notifying you if someone else is also using the report to enable cooperation.
All questions can now display last year's entry as well as the 5 years preceding that by clicking History. Note: only this and last years data can be printed.
