Not receiving email notifications

If you are experiencing difficulty receiving our system emails please provide your IT department with the following information and see if they can make these adjustments:

Please add/verify the mailhost IP address - 206.107.42.254 (mhostap01pwdu.illiad.oclc.org) has been added to your SPF record. A secondary IP address should also be added as a failover IP address of the mail server (206.107.42.9 - mhostap02pwdu.illiad.oclc.org).  Either of these could answer calls to mailhost.illiad.oclc.org (206.107.42.249).
