The links below will take you to submission forms for gift books, and gift audiobooks respectively
Both forms will ask for your e-mail address, library code, and information about the titles you would like to be 
cataloged. There is a limit of 10 books that may be submitted on each Virtual Gift Book Submission Form, and 5 audio titles that can be submitted on each Virtual Audiobook Submission form. You may submit as many forms as you need. Every time you submit a form you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your titles have been submitted to cataloging.
Please note:
• 4CLS staff may contact the library if further details are necessary, or if we require the item to be sent in delivery
• Any item without an ISBN should be sent to 4CLS for examination
• It can take up to 2 weeks for the records to be added
